Now that there will be no West Side Stadium, what will go there? Condos of course, what else? Because 20 30-story boring residential towers is so much better than a stadium or other municipal project. Congratulations to the stadium opponents! Why not just knock down the Met, Lincoln Center, and MoMA, raze Central Park and put townhouses on Ground Zero?
