Smoke and the City: A Barbecue Cook-Off - New York Times
I'm still skeptical on NYC bbq, aside from my own world famous version, but I must give it a shot since this article makes it seem promising. Too bad I miss the BBQ fair at Madison Square Park this weekend. Although, I wouldn't trade F1 for BBQ.
